Enrolment Fees
Payable when the Application for Enrolment is submitted online. The Application Fee is non-refundable and inclusive of GST.
Payable when accepting a place offered by the College. The Acceptance Fee is non-refundable is payable within 30 days of notification that a place has been offered, or prior to the student’s first day at school, whichever is sooner. Payment of the Acceptance Fee is deemed to be acceptance of the offered place.
Annual Levy
The Annual Levy is billed in Term 1 and covers a wide range of essential costs, including but not limited to:
- classroom books, resources, and materials
- student learning tools and software licenses
- excursions, incursions, and bus travel for school events between the campuses and/or church
- student wellbeing programs, activities, and resources,
- curriculum based PDHPE programs, including associated travel.
Please note: overnight camps and year-end graduation dinners are not included in the levy and will be invoiced separately. Family discounts do not apply to the Annual Levy.
Cyber Security Levy
We continue to strengthen our commitment to Child Safety and strive to protect student data and reduce security risks. In 2026 the College is implementing enhanced cybersecurity measures for all BYO devices from Year 4 to 12. The levy is $110.00 (inclusive of GST) and will be billed in Term 1 together with the Annual Levy. Family discounts do not apply to the Cybersecurity Levy. Family Allowance
Discounts on Tuition Fees apply where two or more members of the immediate family concurrently attend St Spyridon College (Kindergarten to Year 12) and where no other discount or concession applies.
- 5% discount is applicable on Tuition Fees for the second student
- 10% discount is applicable on Tuition Fees for the third student
- 25% discount is applicable on Tuition Fees for the fourth and subsequent students
Early Payment Discount
Payment of all annual fees in advance by 15 February 2026 will receive a 5% discount on Tuition fees. To take advantage of this discount, please submit your annual billing election by completing the 2026 Annual Billing Election Form, no later than Friday 16 January 2026. If you elect to pay annual fees in advance, an invoice will be issued in January for the total annual fee, less any applicable early payment discount. Please note that the early payment discount will be revoked if full payment is not received by 15 February 2026.
Payment of Fees
All Tuition Fees, Levies and Charges (hereafter “Fees”) must be either paid in full or have a Direct Debit payment arrangement in place by the end of week 1 of each term. Fees on amended invoices raised for mid-term enrolments are to be paid within seven days from the date of the invoice. Parents encountering difficulty meeting their financial obligations should contact the Accounts Office as soon as possible to discuss options.
Parish-approved payment methods available are:
- Credit Card or Bank account (Sentral Pay)
Log into the Parent Portal to securely pay by credit card or bank account. (Visa or Mastercard are accepted with a small surcharge on all transactions, payments via bank account do not attract any fees). - Direct Debit (Sentral Pay)
Log into the Parent Portal to set up a direct debit arrangement to automatically debit amounts on an agreed schedule from your nominated bank account or credit card. (Visa or Mastercard are accepted with a small surcharge on all transactions, payments via bank account do not attract any fees). - Bank Transfer

Late or Non-Payment of Fees
Failure to pay any invoice by the due date will incur a $200 overdue charge which reflects (among other things) the administrative and financial cost of collecting the outstanding amount. In addition to all outstanding Fees, any third-party collection and legal fees incurred by the College will become a liquidated debt payable to the College.
In accordance with the St Spyridon College Conditions of Enrolment, attendance at St Spyridon College is contingent upon prompt payment of all Fees and the College and the College reserves the right to withdraw a student’s place if payment terms are not met. Students may be excluded from School events such as excursions, camps or co-curricular activities in the event of late or non-payment.
Similarly, any Year 12 student with outstanding fees as at the end of Term 3 will be ineligible to participate in the HSC examinations. Parents encountering difficulty meeting their financial obligations should contact the College as soon as possible to discuss options.
St Spyridon College Private Bus
St Spyridon offers a private bus service for students travelling to and from both the Junior and Senior campus. There are 3 main bus routes with limited capacity, and a separate afternoon only shuttle service available for Senior students travelling to the Junior campus.
The College bus services are operated by North Sydney Bus Charters. More information on the service, fees and routes can be found on our website. If you would like to reserve a seat on the bus, please ensure you complete the St Spyridon College Bus application form as soon as possible, placements for 2026 will be confirmed and billed from 16 January 2026. Concessions & Discounts
All discounts to Fees are conditional upon payment in full of the relevant invoice by the due date. Failure to pay an invoice in full by the due date will result in the removal of all discounts (including sibling and other discounts).
Remission of Fees
No remission of Fees, either in whole or in part will be made if the student is absent due to illness, leave or suspension.
Withdrawal of a Student
Parents are to give at least one full term’s notice in writing to the Head of College before terminating the Student’s enrolment. The notice must be given no later than the day before the first day of student attendance of the last term of enrolment. If the Parents do not give one full term’s notice of termination of the Student’s enrolment, they are to immediately pay one full term’s Fees and Charges. If a student is absent from school, Fees and Charges will not be refunded for that period.
Voluntary Contributions

To help support the St Spyridon College community today, and into the future, families are encouraged to donate to the College’s Building Fund.
Many families give generously to this fund for improvements to buildings and facilities and the amount can be claimed against your nominated personal income tax return in the financial year in which the donation was given.
