Payment of Fees

Fees for each term are invoiced prior to the beginning of each term and are due to be paid no later than 30 days from invoice date.

Payments can be made securely online via credit card, direct debit or BPay. Please refer to your invoice or statement for links to your specific secure online payment portal.

Cash and Cheques will no longer be accepted as forms of payment

The College reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrolment if fees are more than one term in arrears and there is no approved alternative arrangement for payment.

In cases of genuine financial hardship an application may be made for payment via equal weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments provided the instalment amounts would clear the fees owing by the end of that term. Please contact accounts@stspyridon.org.au immediately to request a payment plan should you require financial assistance. Payment plans will only be granted where an electronic direct debit from a nominated credit card or bank account is authorised by the family.
